MACHINEOILS
GENERALDESCRIPTION:
Cylinderoilsaremade throughconservativeprocessingofpetroleum.Due to theiroperationconditions (high tempe-
ratures, actionof steam) andperformance requirements (protection from ring and cylinderwear and sealingof ope-
ration spaces) the cylinder oils are characterisedbyhigh ignition temperature, high viscosity, high chemical stability,
low susceptibility tocoking in thermal decomposition, which results inproducinghard residuesonoperatingpartof
machines, high resistance to steamwashing.
APPLICATIONS:
Cylinderoilsare intended to lubricatecylinders, timinggearelements, steamengineglands, however:
CI-17/100-0-10cylinderoil
isapplied for intakesaturatedsteam temperatureup to250°C,
Cl-30cylinderoil
isapplied foroperationofmachineswith intakeoverheatedsteam temperatureup to290°C,
CI-40/100-0-10cylinderoil
isapplied foroperationofmachineswith intakehighlyoverheated steam temperatureup to
310°C.
