GENERALDESCRIPTION:
HYDROKOP®MINERALNYemulsifyingconcentrate for theproductionofmineralwater-oil emulsion ismanufactured
using highly refinedmineral oils, water and additives including corrosion inhibitors, emulsifiers and the addition of
antifoam. HYDROKOP®MINERALNY concentratecontainsno sodiumnitrite, is anon-flammable liquid toallowquick
andeasypreparationof theemulsion, isaproductwithahighdispersionof theoil phaseof theemulsion– thisallows
theuseof remoteorelectro-hydrauliccontrolledenclosure.Oil-wateremulsionpreparedon thebasisofHYDROKOP®
MINERALNY ischaracterizedbygood rustprotection, aswell as lowworkingconcentrationofworkingemulsion, very
good stabilityand resistance tomicrobiological contamination, ahighdegreeof biodegradability (>60%TESTMITI).
APPLICATIONS:
HYDROKOP®MINERALNYemulsifyingconcentrate in the formofwaterbasedmicroemulsion isusedasHFAEnon-flamma-
blehydraulic fluid inmining industry, in remotely or electro-hydraulically controlled roof supports and centrally or
individually poweredprops. Recommended emulsion concentration is between 0.5% to 2.0%withwater of hard-
nessof 30°N.
GENERALDESCRIPTION:
KONHYDR T is a low solidifying point, all-season liquid based on ethylene glycol. It contains enriching additives such
as corrosion inhibitors, alkaline reserve stabilizers, foaming reducing agents anddye. Theuseof these additivesmakes
KONHYDRTaperfect corrosion inhibitor in systemelements. Lowcrystallisationprevents freezingof liquidanddamage
of equipment. The fluid shouldnot bedilutedwithwater because even a small additionwill increase its crystallisation
point and cause the loss of low temperature properties. The product contains no harmful substances such as nitrites,
phosphates, aminesandborates. Fluidcomponentsarebiodegradable.
APPLICATIONS:
KONHYDRTfluid isdesigned for transportand temporaryprotectionagainstcorrosionofpowerhydraulicequipment
components which aremade of steel, copper, brass and aluminium. Due to compatibility withmetals and elasto-
mers used in hydraulic systems, the fluid is suitable and recommended for use in testing, transport and corrosion-
protectionof hydraulics inmining roof supports. It canbeused as theoperatingmedium in cooling systems aswell
as a liquid for sprayingfloors andwagons sidesduringwinter inorder toprevent freezingand lumpingof thecoal.
