PHYSICALANDCHEMICALPROPERTIES:
GENERALDESCRIPTION:
The hydraulic oil of high viscosity index and excellent shear stability. With a specifically designed formulation it pre-
vents the formationof fatty acids and sludge in result of oil oxidation, especially in very severeoperating conditions
andhigh temperatures. Thanks to theoutstandingperformancecharacteristics itprovidesextendedchange intervals,
it reducesdowntime, thecost of repair andmaintenanceof hydraulic systems, and limits thenumber of breakdowns.
The oil contains innovative enriching additives selected optimally toprotect the oil system against corrosion. It has
exceptional properties of surface anti-wear protectionof the friction components in the hydraulic pump systems. It
providesaverygoodfilterabilityeven in systemscontaminatedwith small amountsofwater.Highviscosity indexand
excellent low temperatureproperties ensureoperation in awide rangeof temperatures andprovide a smooth start-
-upat very lowambient temperatures.
APPLICATIONS:
Hydraulic oil HYDROL® EXTRA L-HV is designed primarily for the lubrication of mobile hydraulic construction and
miningequipmentworking inverydifficult conditions, variable temperatureandhumidity.Theoil canbe successfully
used in stationary industrialmachineryprovidingexcellent lubrication for power transmission systems, thedriveand
hydrauliccontrol of regulationandcontrolmechanisms, hydraulic transmission, andother similar devices.
GENERALDESCRIPTION:
Hydraulicoilwithaveryhighviscosity index>250andexcellent low temperatureproperties. Theoil contains innova-
tiveadditivesmatchedoptimally toprotect theoil system fromcorrosionand toprovideverygood surfaceanti-wear
protectionof the frictioncomponents in thehydraulicpumpsystems. Thanks to theoutstandingperformancecharac-
teristics theoil ensuresaverywide rangeof operating temperaturesandprovides trouble-free start-upandoperation
inextremely lowambient temperatures.
APPLICATIONS:
The hydraulic oil HYDROL® ARCTIC L-HV 32 is designed for use in heavy duty drive systems, high-pressure constant
andvariableflowpistonpumpsandvanepumps,which requireahigh level of anti-wearpropertiesof theoil,working
in extremely low temperatures. The oil can be successfully used in hydraulic control systems and hydraulic systems
that require very small changes in viscositywith temperature changes. Oils are used in all types of hydraulic devices
that require theuseof hydraulicoil with a veryhigh viscosity index under varyingoperating temperatures from very
low toveryhigh.
