GENERALDESCRIPTION:
HYDROKOP® SYNTETIC concentrate, intended to produce oil and water emulsion, is manufactured with synthetic
hydrocarbons,water andenrichingadditives includingcorrosion inhibitors, emulsifiersandananti-foamingadditives.
HYDROKOP® SYNTETIC concentrate produces micro emulsion offering good operational parameters, i.e.: high
biodegradability (which is important in case of leakage and contamination of undergroundwater), high emulsify-
ing ability, high concentrate and micro emulsion stability, micro emulsion resistance to microbiological contami-
nation, good anti-corrosive properties and low concentration of operating emulsion, compatibility with sealants.
HYDROKOP® SYNTETIC concentrate isnon-combustible.
APPLICATIONS:
HYDROKOP®SYNTETICemulsifyingconcentrate in the formofwatermicroemulsion ismainlyusedasHFAEnon-flam-
mablehydraulicfluid inmining industry, in remotelyor electro-hydraulicallycontrolled roof supports andcentrallyor
individuallypoweredprops. Recommendedemulsionconcentration isbetween0.5% to2.0%.

ditive. The concentrate produces micro emulsion offering good operational parameters, i.e.: high biodegradability

concentrateandmicroemulsionstability,microemulsion resistance tomicrobiological contamination, goodanti-cor-
rosive properties and low concentrationof operating emulsion, compatibilitywith sealants. HYDROKOP® SYNTETIC
concentrate isnon-combustible.
APPLICATIONS:
HYDROKOP®SEMISYNTETICemulsifyingconcentrate in the formofwaterbasedmicroemulsion isusedasHFAEnon-
-flammable hydraulic fluid inmining industry, in remotely or electro-hydraulically controlled roof supports and cen-
trally or individuallypoweredprops. Recommendedemulsionconcentration isbetween0.4% to1.0%withwater of
hardnessof 28°N (up to500mgCaC03/l).

GALKOP hydraulic gear oils are manufactured basing on highly refined mineral oil and a set of additives with
anti-corrosive, anti-oxidant andanti-wear properties.
APPLICATIONS:
GALKOPhydraulicgearoilsareapplied for lubricationof hydraulic systemsandmechanicgears.Theyare intended for
use inmining industry, and inmachines for lubricatingof the following:

hydraulic systemsofmachines andmechanical devices,
•
power transmissionanddriveunits aswell ashydrauliccontrol units,
•
in spur cylindrical gears, helical cylindrical gears and inbevel gearsoperatedbothongroundandunderground
inminingpits,
•
and for all those applications where themanufacturer recommends application of HLP hydraulic oils or CLP
gear oils.
