MACHINEOILS
GENERALDESCRIPTION:
VELOL®are low-solidificationmachineoilsmade from refinedoil distillates.Theycontainadditiveswhich improve their
lubricatingpropertiesand temperature-dependant viscosity, additiveswhich improve resistance to foamingaswell as
corrosionandoxidation inhibitors.Thereare two typesavailable:VELOL®9QandVELOL®19.
APPLICATIONS:
VELOL®machine oils are applied for total loss lubrication and oil level lubrication of high-speed elements of textile
machines, machine tools andother precisemachineelements asdefined in thedevice lubricating instructions.

MACHINEOILS
GENERALDESCRIPTION:
MN greasedmachine oils are amixture of mineral oils and oxidized vegetable oil. Depending on the composition,
thereare two typesof greasedmachineoils available : MN-11andMN-15.
APPLICATIONS:
Greasedmachineoils areapplied for lubricationof the following:
•
steamenginebearingsof vessels,
•
bearings exposed tocontactwithwaterwithwhichgreasedmachineoils form stable lubricatingemulsions,
•
bearingsofmachines exposed tohighunit loads.
MN-11greasedmachineoil is applied for lubricationof external partsof steamengines, and theMN-15oil for lubrica-
tionof vesselspropeller bearings.

GENERALDESCRIPTION:
VELOL®RCoils aremade fromdeeply refinedmineral oil andadditivepackage toensure theproper frictional charac-
teristics, necessary tomeet the requirementsof theCincinnati -MilacronP-50, P-53andP-47.Theyenable tomaintain
hydrodynamic lubrication in theguide, determine the correct positionof the toolwith respect to theelement, elimi-
nate the phenomenonof "stick-slip", extend theworking time of the systemic cutters and tools, achieve the proper
surfaceprocessingeffect andprovideexcellent separation from theprocessingoils.
APPLICATIONS:
VELOL®RC
oils areused for lubricationof all typesof slideways, inparticular:
VELOL® RC 32
and
RC 68
oils – for lubricating of horizontal slideways working at moderate temperatures and at
moderate tomedium loads.
VELOL®RC220
oil – for the lubricationof vertical slidewaysandprecisionguidesworkingat increased temperatures
andhigh loads.
Theyensureproper operationof theguideswithanemphasisonproper frictional characteristics and theelimination
of thephenomenonof "stick-slip".

GENERALDESCRIPTION:
TheNP circulating oils aremade from specially selectedbase oils and higher fatty acids, and enrichedwith a set of
additives.
APPLICATIONS:
TheNPcirculatingoil is intended to lubricate low-temperature frictioncentres (up to90degrees); it isused inmachin-
ingdevices as acoolingand lubricatingagent, in low-dutyhydraulic systems requiringL–HHoils. It canalsobeused
for cleaningof industrial installations.
