GENERALDESCRIPTION:
UNICOOLMIKRO is a semi-syntheticemulsifying concentrate formultipurpose application inmachiningofmetals. It
is resistant tobacteriaand fungi.
APPLICATIONS:
UNICOOLMIKRO is intended for use inmedium-duty andheavy-duty operations, formachining andgrindingmost
ferrousmetals (steel, alloy steel, cast iron). High load resistance of emulsion film, strengthened by EP additives, al-
lows satisfactory performance in heavy-duty machining. Good emulsion dispersion and its moistening properties
allow easy reduction of friction and removal of heat from themachining area, providing cleanness in the working
environment. GrindingwithUNICOOLMIKRO allows keeping the grindingwheel clean (protection from polishing)
andextends its life.

MIKROCUT is a semi-synthetic oil concentrate includingmineral oil, emulsifiers, corrosion inhibitors andwater con-
densate. It easilymixeswithwaterproducingbiostable, at least 3% (v/v)micro-emulsionswithpHof 9.1–9.3offering
extended lifetime, verygoodanti-corrosiveproperties and low susceptibility to foaming.
APPLICATIONS:
MIKROCUToil concentrate in the formofwater coolingand lubricatingmicroemulsion isapplied inmachining (turn-
ing,milling, drilling, grinding) of steel, alloy steel andgreycast iron.
