oil is used for smoothening and honing steel and cast ironparts, especially on SM-581 Supfina honing
machines.

oil isused for smootheningandhoningpartsof steel, cast ironandnon-ferrousmetals. It allows toachieve
high smoothnessof honed surfaces.

ORLENOILEDR3electro-erosionmachineoil is adielectricfluidobtained throughpetroleumprocessing. Inaddition
tovery lowvolatility (resulting fromnarrowdistilling range), thisoil has anumber of features, suchasgood resistance
tooxidationand low sulphur content.
APPLICATIONS:
ORLEN OIL EDR 3 is suitable for electro-erosion processing of elements of complex geometry, made of materials
whicharebotheasyandhard toprocess, e.g. drop forgingdies, injectionmoulds, permanentmoulds, castingmoulds,
blankingdies, stamps, etc.
