ALUMINIUMGREASES
GENERALDESCRIPTION:
ALITEN EP multipurpose plastic grease is made of refined mineral oil (with the cinematic viscosity at 100°C
ca.15-20mm/s) thickenedwith complex aluminium soap. The grease is enrichedwith adequate additives of the EP
typeaswell as anti-corrosiveandanti-oxidationadditives.
APPLICATIONS:
Lubricating rollingbearings, operating in the temperature rangebetween -20°Cand+140°C,

is intended to lubricatebearings in equipmentwith central lubricated system, operating in low tem-
peratures and requiring forcinggrease to longdistances,

GENERALDESCRIPTION:
SMAROLNANO for lawnmowers andbrushcutters is dedicated for greasing an-
gular bearings of brushcutters and trimmers. Thegrease isproducedof high-qu-
alitybaseoil thickenedwithcomplex lithium soap. It is refinedwithanti-corrosive
addditivesandEP. Thanks to theadditionof the thickener thegrease ischaracte-
rizedbyhighdroppingpoint andmechanical stability. This grease is resistant to
corrosion, oxidation andwashout bywater. It contains a uniqueNANO formula,
thanks towhich it adheresperfectly to lubricated surfaces creatinga long-lasting
layer resistant to veryheavy loads, acids, alkalies, andhigh temperatures. Using a
substanceof currently lowest known friction coefficient (COF) under 0,3ensures
verygoodpropertiespreventing frictiondamage.
APPLICATIONS:
SMAROLNANO for lawnmowers andbrushcutters isdedicated formost of all for
greasingangularbearingsofbrushcuttersand trimmers, bothwithacombustion
engineandelectrical. Itmay successfullybeusedathome, inaworkshopandon
a farm forgreasingandprotectingagainst corrosionof hinges, locks, threads and
elementsof vehiclesand machines. SMAROLNANO for lawnmowersandbrush-
cutters isdedicated for use inawide varietyof temperaturesbetween -30°Cand
+160°C, and in dry-greasing conditions even up to over 500°C. SMAROL NANO
for lawnmowers andbrushcuttersensures reductionof friction resistance,which
is delivered by very high parameters of weld load – 500 kG and a very low scar
diameter –0,5mm.

The lubricants LITENNANO are complex lithiumgreases basedon thenaphthe-
nicoil. The lubricants are temperedbyanticorrosionandEPadditives. Due to the
thickenerused in them, theyarecharacterizedbyhigh resistance towaterwasho-
ut. This lubricant is resistant to corrosion, oxidation andwashing out thewater;
it contains a unique NANO formula, which includes amixture of solid lubricant
nano-particlebodies.Thehighcontentof thecompositionNANOmakes thegre-
aseadhereperfectly to the lubricatedsurfaces, formingadurablefilm, resistant to
heavy loads, thereby reducing frictionandwear of thecoexisting surfaces.
APPLICATIONS:
LITENNANO isdesigned for the lubricationof rollingbearings, plainbearingsand
heavy duty friction associations working in the temperature range: -30°C to +
140°C. LITENNANO is also recommended for usewhere there is a frequent chan-
geof directionor a combinationof low andhigh velocity aswell as heavy loads
inparticular impact loads, for instance inconstant velocity joints.
Its high anti-wear parameters reduce friction of contact surfaceswhich reduces
the surfacewear.
