BENTONITEGREASES
GENERALDESCRIPTION:
BENTOMOS 23 high temperature greasemade through the process of thickening highly refinedmineral oils with
kinematic viscosity 150mm
2
/s at 40°Cwithbentonite. BENTOMOS 23 containsmolybdenumdisulfidewith thegrain
size less than5μm. BENTOMOS23 is infusibleandwater resistant.
APPLICATIONS:
BENTOMOS23 isapplied to lubricate rollingandslidebearingsandother frictionsurfaceswithconstantworking tempera-
ture above 100°C, mainly in the rangeof 120-200°C, and if appropriately frequently exchangedor refilled evenup to ca.
220°C.
It is recommended tobeusedathighandespecially impact loads. It isnot suitable to lubricate low toquedrivenbearings
andsmall lateral clearancebearings.
STANDARDS, SPECIFICATIONS:
DIN51502: KF2S-10
ISO6743-9: BDEB-2

GENERALDESCRIPTION:
BENTOR 2 high temperature grease is made of highly refined, highly viscous mineral oil (oil viscosity at 40°C ca.
150mm

/s) andbentonite thickener. BENTOR 2 grease iswater resistant andgenerally infusible. It preserves plastic
propertiesup to the temperatureof - 10°C.
APPLICATIONS:
BENTOR 2 is applied to lubricate rolling and slide bearings and other friction surfaces with constant working tem-
peraturebetween120°C and200°C. It is not suitable for lubricatingbearings driven at low torque andbearingswith
small lateral play.

BIODEGRADABLEGREASE
GENERALDESCRIPTION:
Biodegradable UNITEX grease is made of amixture of synthetic ester oil and vegetable oil, calcium thickener and
enriching additiveswith the consistence class of NLGI: 00 and1. This grease is characterisedby verygoodoperating
properties, such as resistance towater, low resistance topressing through lowdiameter ducts (which is particularly
important inwinter), reducing noisemade by trams in rail curves. UNITEX grease biodegradability is ca. 90% (CEC
L-33-A-93method).
APPLICATIONS:
UNITEXbiodegradable grease is intended for total loss lubricationof railway and tram traction, aswell asmachines
andequipmentused in forests, water intakes, etc.where there is thepotential dangerof environment contamination.
