Multi-purposeHUTPLEXWRgreases arehighlyadhesive lubricantswithhighmechanical and thermal resistance, and
resistance towater and corrosive activityof external factors. Thehigh shareof sulphonate thickener provides unique
properties of anti-wear, highpressure resistance and excellent corrosion resistance in saltwater andhotwater envi-
ronments.
APPLICATION:
High temperature sulphonategreasesWRHUTPLEXare intended to lubricatemachineelements in the steel industry,
especially the roller bearings of a rollingmill and other friction nodes exposed to high temperatures. Thanks to the
extraordinary thermal stabilityof HUTPLEXWRgreases recover theoriginal structure right after returning to ambient
temperature.Theyare ideal for the lubricationofmachinesandequipment forminingcoal, copper, cementmanufac-
turers, steel, heavy industry and all frictionnodes exposed to extremepressure andwaterwhile requiringmaximum
protectionagainst corrosion.

offeredbyORLENOIL, characterizedbyhighmechanical and thermal resistance, and resistance towaterandcorrosive
activityof external factors. Thehigh shareof sulphonate thickenerprovidesuniquepropertiesof anti-wear, highpres-
sure resistanceandexcellent corrosion resistance in saltwater andhotwater environments.
APPLICATION:
High temperature sulphonategreasesHUTPLEXHV arehighly adhesive EPgreases to lubricatemachineparts in the
mining,metallurgical, heavy andmarine industries, especially for the frictionnodes exposed tohigh shock loads and
lowoperating friction torques inhigh-dust, in terms of exposure towater andbrine . Thegrease is ideal for coal and
copper mines to lubricate bearings, bolt connections, and other mechanisms, machines and equipment operating
within the temperature range: -30 to180 °C.HUTPLEXHVworksalso indifficultmetallurgical applications, for lubrica-
tionof bearings in the standing rollingmills.
