GENERALDESCRIPTION:
EMULGOLDS30emulsifyingoil ismadeofhighly refinedmineraloil, non-ionicemulsifiers, anionicemulsifiersandcor-
rosion inhibitors. Concentrated EMULGOLDS 30 contains nonitrites, chlorine, heavymetals andphenols. EMULGOL
DS30emulsion shouldbepreparedusingwater hardnessup to15°N.
APPLICATIONS:
EMULGOLDS30emulsifyingoil in the formofwater based coolingand lubricatingemulsion is applied inmachining
of steel, cast ironandnon-ferrousmetals.

APPLICATIONS:
FREZOLHC800, as a ready touse cuttingoil, isused for heavy-dutymachiningprocesses, amongothersmilling (also
toothed gears), turning, threading, reaming, drawing, chiselling and inmachining processes requiring coolant with
durable lubricant filmandgoodanti-wear properties.

FREZOLEPXoilsavailable in twoviscositydegrees ISOVG: 32and46, aremodernproducts forheavy-dutymachining,
developedwithprime quality basemineral oils and enriching additives improving the anti-corrosive, anti-oxidation
andanti-wearproperties (EPadditives) of the ready touseoil. FREZOLEPXcontainsnochlorine, phosphorusorheavy
metal compounds.
APPLICATIONS:
FREZOL EPX oils, as ready to use cutting oil, are used for: turning, drawing, milling, chiselling, threading, reaming,
cutting, inmachiningprocesses requiring coolantwithdurable lubricant film. They are recommended especially for
working tough stainless andacid resistant steel grades.
