OILSFORHARDENING
GENERALDESCRIPTION:
HARTEXoils aremadeof highly refinedpetroleumoil bases and a set of additives facilitatingoil cooling andprotect-
ing from formation of deposits onquenched cast-iron and steel elements. HARTEX 70 oils offer very highdurability
and stability of parameters in longer periods, sustaining appropriate heat load. According to the in-field experience,
theoil canbeused for up to10 years in systemswhereoptimum cooling is provided and theworkpiece size is kept
optimum.
APPLICATIONS:
HARTEXhardeningoils are intended for heat treatment of cast iron and steel, especially in closed, atmosphere con-
trolled furnaces for which high surface cleanness of hardenedmaterial is required. HARTEX oils are also suitable for
two-way tubes.
Recommended temperaturesof oil bath:
HARTEX70S, 70: 40-80°C,
HARTEX120: 110-130°C,
HARTEX160: 160-180°C.

GENERALDESCRIPTION:
PRESSOL PT is a fast evaporatingfluid for easy andmoderate stampingof steel sheets. It ismadeof light oil fractions
andadequately selectedenrichingadditives. It is characterisedbyperfect evaporatingpower –averageevaporating
time from the sheet surface isca. 40minutes (dependingonambient temperatureandhumidity), verygoodmoisten-
ing andpenetrationproperties providing suitable surface covering, verygood lubricatingproperties – applied addi-
tivesprotect frompaint damagesdue to stamping, nodiscolouringof thepaint.
APPLICATIONS:
PRESSOL PT ismainly recommended for application in stamping lacquered roofing steel sheets. The processed sheet
surfacedoes not requiredegreasingor applyingof other cleaningprocesses. Itmay alsobeused inother branches of
industry for stamping thin sheets and lacquered or zinc coated steel items, in all these applications where very high
cleannessof theprocessed surface isnecessary. PRESSOLPTmaybeappliedon the sheet surfacewithabrush, roller or
by spraying.
GENERALDESCRIPTION:
PRESSOLB isastampingand lubricatingoilmadeofqualitymineraloilbase. Itcontainsenrichingadditives to increase
the durability of lubricating film, which naturally protects tools from premature wear, adhesion and anti-corrosive
agents, and substances enhancingcomponent cleaningafter stamping.
APPLICATIONS:
PRESSOLB isdedicated for precision stampingand rolling. PRESSOLBensures: reduced toolingwear and increased life,
reductionof friction, anti-corrosiveprotection, excellentmoisturisingofworkedmaterial and tools, deliveringproducts
of thedesired sizeand surface.
