The company is mainly the people who create it. Pursuant to this idea it is necessary to mention people managing ORLEN OIL. It is the Board who is responsible for making of all decisions which were not reserved to the Supervisory Board. The Board is first of all responsible for all current issues of the company and making of its representations.

PAWEŁ STAWARZ
Member of the Management Board
Graduate of the Faculty of Fuels and Energy at the AGH University of Science and Technology, specialising in Chemical Technology, and the University of Economics in Katowice, Faculty of Management. For over 20 years associated with the oil industry, from 2000 to 2008 he worked as Chief Technologist at ORLEN OIL Sp. z o.o.. Since 2008, he has continuously worked in the management boards of commercial companies, specialising in production and investment management as well as technology and R&D. Between 2008 and 2017, as part of a personnel union, he served as President of the Management Board and Member of the Management Board in ORLEN CG companies; Rafineria Trzebini S.A. and Rafineria Jedlicze S.A. His achievements include successful financial and operational restructuring of Fabryka Parafin Naftowax Sp. z o.o. and consolidation of southern refinery assets of ORLEN Group S.A., i.e. Rafineria Jedlicze and Rafineria Trzebinia into an entity named ORLEN Południe S.A. For the last 6 years he has held the position of Member of the Management Board for Operations and Maintenance of CTL Logistics Group, at the same time sitting on the management boards of CTL Group subsidiaries dealing with siding services and railway construction. Since 16 May 2024 he has been a Member of the Management Board of ORLEN OIL Sp. z o.o.
ANDRZEJ WAŁKOWICZ

Legal Advisor - member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Krakow. At the same time, he has been gaining experience at various management levels for over 20 years. In the years 2000-2012, director at the Marshal's Office of the Małopolska Voivodeship. Since 2012, he has been continuously working on supervisory bodies and management boards of commercial law companies, which allowed him to gain comprehensive knowledge of the functioning of the market and customer needs. He has professional experience in managing large investment projects, developing business strategies, optimizing operational processes and negotiating with key partners. Specialist in liquidation and restructuring processes in enterprises. He ran a legal counsel's office and advised local government institutions and business partners. Since July 2, 2024, he has been a Member of the Management Board of ORLEN OIL Sp. z o. o..
MARCIN JANKOWSKI
Member of the Management Board
A graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Warsaw and Environmental Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology. He also completed postgraduate studies in Corporate Financial Management at the University of Warsaw.
For more than 20 years, he has been associated with the fields of finance, controlling, and business performance management. Since 2010, he has developed his professional career within the ORLEN Group, where he was responsible for controlling key areas of the Group’s operations, including retail sales, wholesale sales in the refining and petrochemical segments, logistics, marketing, and the Downstream segment, which he led as Director of Downstream Controlling.
His many years of service within the ORLEN Group have enabled him to gain extensive experience in managing the finances of a large organization, develop an in-depth understanding of the fuel and energy sector, and acquire comprehensive knowledge of the operations of a complex capital group in both domestic and international environments.
For over a decade, he has served on the supervisory boards of companies within the ORLEN Group, including Platinum Oil Sp. z o.o., re58 S.A. (formerly SIGMA BIS S.A.), Ship-Service S.A., and ORLEN Deutschland GmbH.
Since 15 April 2026, he has served as Member of the Management Board for Finance (CFO) at ORLEN OIL, overseeing finance, controlling, business analysis, taxation, and IT.
