The company is mainly the people who create it. Pursuant to this idea it is necessary to mention people managing ORLEN OIL. It is the Board who is responsible for making of all decisions which were not reserved to the Supervisory Board. The Board is first of all responsible for all current issues of the company and making of its representations.

ANNA GARDOWSKA-BRUDNIK
Member of the Management Board for Investment and Development
Ms Anna Gardowska-Brudnik obtained her Master's degree at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. She is a graduate of the Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) organised by the University of Trade and Services in Poznań.
She completed a number of specialised courses and trainings in accounting, bookkeeping, implementation and settlement of investment projects. Professionally, she has worked for many years in public administration, including in Kraków's universities.
From 2018 to 2020, she served as President of the Management Board of ORLEN Administracja sp. z o.o..
From 2020 to 2021, she served as Vice President of the Management Board of LOTOS Petrobaltic S.A., where she was responsible for the area of finances and purchases, including the proper application of the Public Procurement Law.
From March 2021, she served as Vice-President of the Management Board for Investment Affairs of LOTOS Oil Sp. z o.o., where she was responsible for the implementation of the Hydrocracking Oil Block (HBO) investment.
Ms Anna Gardowska-Brudnik, in May 2023, joined the Management Board of ORLEN OIL
Sp. z o.o. and serves as a member of the Management Board for Investment and Development.
JACEK ŚWITAŁA
Member of the Management Board for Finance
Graduate of the Cracow University of Economics. Doctor of Economics - he received his master's degree for a thesis at the Institute of Labour and Social Affairs in Warsaw. Holds postgraduate diplomas in economic law, financial controlling and local government and administration. He is certified as an internal auditor by the Ministry of Finance. Graduate of the Postgraduate Study in Management carried out by the Cracow University and the University of Bedfordshire (Business School of Luton). Graduate of the Master of Business Administration. Since 2004, he has been involved in the consulting industry, acting as the President of the Management Board of Eurofin - Consultancy and Training. Expert in profitability analyses of investment projects. Between 2017 and 2018, head of controlling in one of the Tauron Group companies. Since 10 December 2018, he has held the position of Member of the Management Board for Finance of Orlen Oil Sp. z o.o..
