Last year's round of the Polish Kia Picanto KIA PLATINUM CUP Championship is now behind us. The event took place from 19th-21st of October at the Zolder Circuit in Belgium. Representatives of ORLEN OIL, PKN ORLEN as well as our Polish and foreign clients were all in attendance. At the end of the competition, the drivers and all participants of the Championship took part in the Gala dinner event, during which championship titles and awards (also sponsored by ORLEN OIL) for the whole season were distributed.
The season began at the Hungarian Hungaroring, then onto the Red Bull Ring during the home round in Poznan. Next we moved to the Slovakiaring, Autodrom Most and ended the year on the Belgian Circuit, Zolder.
Six rounds determined the winner, Konrad Wróbel, who became Polish Champion. The vice-champion title during the end of the season at Circuit Zolder was picked up by Filip Tokar, with Lukas Keil becoming second vice-champion of Poland.
