​The Grand Final Gala combined with the conference was held on 28 September 2012 in Poznań. The award was collected on behalf of ORLEN OIL by Piotr Kapanowski - Representative of the Management Board for Integrated Management System.

"The highest quality - QI" is a programme addressed to entities with clear quality policy as regards a product, service or management system.

The Programme is organized by the editors of Forum Biznesu, under the patronage of the Ministry of Regional Development, Polish Forum ISO 9000 Club and the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development.

The main objective of the Forum is to increase competitiveness on European and world markets of Polish institutions, producers and service providers with the highest quality parameters. The contest is designed to identify and reward entities distinguished by special care for the quality of products and services offered.
