This autumn, Orlen Oil, a leading Polish manufacturer of automotive lubricants, is bringing marketing communication to a new level. In our latest TV commercial, a mechanic talks about his experiences when working at racing tracks.
The new Orlen Oil campaign is all about emotions, extreme engine loads and reliability of Platinum oil. We asked authorities to lend the message credence – genuine mechanics with a long-standing experience. The main figure of the campaign this autumn is Tomasz Gajda, a racing mechanic who has been in the business for over 10 years. The teams he has worked with have won several Polish Road Racing Champion titles. He serviced cars for races all over the globe – from Monaco to Dubai.
"The new campaign is another step in our efforts to make Platinum be seen as an ambitious brand that is trusted by experts,” says Maciej Gondko, Orlen Oil Marketing Director.
The new TV commercials are to be aired between November 13 and 16. This is going to be the first series of commercials with mechanics emphasising the quality of Platinum oils. As soon as in December, another commercial is going to be aired starring the chief mechanic in the Orlen Team.
This time, Orlen Oil’s communication strategy was focused around television, complemented by Facebook communications posted on our Ekspert Platinum
The new campaign has been created by Red8 Advertising. LOWE Media has been in charge of material purchasing.
