Highest Recommendation – European Medal for ORLEN OIL

medal_europejski_na_bialyml_01_midi.jpgAwards for 175 laureates of the 23rd Edition of the European Medal were granted during a ceremony held at the Teatr Wielki – Polish Opera House in Warsaw on 7 November 2012.

During the ceremony Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz, Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs highlighted that the award, granted by Business Centre Club for 12 years, became the highest recommendation for Polish products and services.

Nearly 4 thousands Medals have been given so far in 23 editions. Recognized enterprises include big companies and small firms that operate in regional markets only. 175 medals granted this year prove that European standards have been achieved in many various sectors and fields.

The European Medal is a non-commercial nationwide initiative organized by Business Centre Club with support from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Honorary Patronage of the European Economic and Social Committee seated in Brussels.

The aim of the program is to recognize and promote products and services offered by Polish companies, to arouse interest in European standards and regulations applicable in the European Union and in the multi-million EU market.



ORLEN OIL has been awarded another European Medal for its PLATINUM engine oils as the products that meet high European standards.
