Ladies and Gentleman,
We hereby notify you that as of 03 July 2023, ORLEN OIL Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Cracow, is planned to merge with LOTOS Oil Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gdańsk. Due to the merger, ORLEN OIL Sp. z o.o. will acquire all the rights and obligations of LOTOS Oil Sp. z o.o.
The merged Company will operate under the name of ORLEN OIL Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gdańsk, ul. Elbląska 135, 80-718 Gdańsk.
At the same time we would like to assure you that as a result of the merger all the agreements concluded by the merging Companies will remain valid without any changes being required and that the merger process will not change the terms of our current cooperation.
