The merger of the companies is consistent with the strategic assumptions and aims at simplifying the structure of the Capital Group to increase its business efficiency and strengthen its competitive advantage.
It is a step towards the improvement of the quality of distribution services provided. The integration of the Companies is also a way to better to use the market potential of both entities. The aforementioned actions are the consequence of the adopted strategy for the development of the ORLEN OIL Group as a leading manufacturer and distributor of lubricants in the domestic and international markets.

What will the company be called after the merger?
ORLEN OIL Sp. z o.o. takes over Platinum Oil Sp. z o.o. – as a result the Company will be registered under the business name of ORLEN OIL Sp. z o.o.
Will the registered office of ORLEN OIL Sp. z o.o. change as a result of the merger?
The Company's registered office does not change. The company's address is: ul. Opolska 100, 31-323 Krakow.

Will the ORLEN OIL Company take over the obligations of the Platinum Oil Company?
The taking-over company - ORLEN OIL - will take over all rights and obligations of the company taken over, i.e. Platinum Oil Sp. z o.o. pursuant to the regulations of the Polish Commercial Companies Code and, in particular, Art. 494 § 1.

In accordance with the centralization principles applied to settlements of goods and services purchase implemented for the PKN ORLEN Capital Group, in which ORLEN OIL SP. z o.o. participates, all invoices issued to ORLEN OIL Sp. z o.o. with the sales date on and after the merger date of the aforementioned companies should be sent only to the address provided below, marked with a note “INVOICE”:

Data included in the invoice should allow for clear identification of the purchasing unit within Orlen Oil Sp. z o.o., i.e. it should include the following information:

- symbol or cost centre of the purchasing unit in Orlen Oil Sp. z o.o., or first name and surname of the person placing the order – obligatory for invoices not covering deliveries based on an order.
