​Nikodem Wierzbicki, the best driver of the first KIA PLATINUM CUP race at Monza Eni Circuit, became the Polish champion in the 2019 season!

This year, KIA MOTORS POLSKA and ORLEN OIL continued cooperation on the KIA PLATINUM CUP project, which proved to be a huge success. Drivers had the opportunity to drive nearly 700 racing kilometers this year, the adding of the qualifications and training this number exceeded over 2,000 kilometers. Starting competitors had the opportunity to fight in races for nearly 70 hours!

This year's season began at the iconic Hungaroring. Then the drivers competed at Red Bull Ring, during the home round in Poznan,  also Slovakiaring and Autodrom Most. The struggle  ended with the legendary Monza track.

- I implemented the plan I had for this season. This year there was a lot of fighting. I prepared very well for each start and I am very happy with the final result. I also congratulate the boys because we have been fighting fiercely throughout the season, but I did it - Wierzbicki said.

The 2019 season has gone down in history and certainly belonged to one of the most interesting Kia Picanto Polish championships in history. Cooperation with ORLEN OIL company and other partners ensured the best of racing competition.
