Golden Idea 2011 for Orlen Oil for Platinum MaxExpert commercial

skmbt_c22012040307370.jpgThe prestigious award Golden Idea 2011 for Orlen Oil for the Platinum MaxExpert commercial in the category of television products and services was accepted on behalf of the Company by the Head of the Operational Marketing Department - Dawid Niedojadło.

Idea Awards (under the patronage of the marketing communication agency ABK Grupa), conceived by Roman Fedorczuk – a member of the American Advertising Association, is a unique competition awarding since 1991 advertisers and marketing specialists being the most important link in making decisions about the final form of an advertising campaign. From the inception of the competition, the aim of each subsequent edition is to improve the standards of advertisements on the Polish market by distinguishing and awarding the best of them.

The Jury, composed of persons recognized in the advertising circles, public officials and Marketing Directors of successful companies operating on the Polish market, chose the best advertisements from forty laureates in four categories: Motorisation, Fashion and Beauty, Products and Services, Medicine and in three sub-categories: Press, Outdoor and Television.

The aim of the autumn television campaign of Orlen Oil was to present to the wide public innovative engine oil of Platinum MaxExpert brand. Three commercial spots, in which beautiful women from the US, France and Germany promote Platinum oil, due to innovative treatment of the topic and creative team work managed by the director Maciej Kowalczuk and Agencja Reklamowa Just (advertising agency), have not only been noticed, but also highly appreciated.

- Departing from stereotyped use of tested and multiplied standards, such as advertising oil in the context of Formula 1, futuristic visions with robots, or animated engine pistons at work, we have presented an entirely different approach to lubricant advertising. Therefore we are pleased that this has been positively received and awarded - said Dawid Niedojadło accepting the award, emphasizing at the same time that also from the commercial perspective the advertising campaign proved to be a successful and suitable support for the launch of the new line of Platinum MaxExpert products.
