On 13 November 2012 the Supervisory Board of ORLEN OIL made changes in the line-up of the Company’s Management Board. The Supervisory Board dismissed Mr Marian Ćwiertniak from his position of President of the Management Board and appointed Mrs Renata Szostak to that position.
On 3 October Mrs Renata Szostka became a Member of the Management Board of ORLEN OIL responsible for sales and marketing management. Previously she held the position of Director of the Non-Fuel Products and Category Management Office at PKN ORLEN.
At present the line-up of Management Board of ORLEN OIL is as follows:
Renata Szostak – President of the Management Board
Katarzyna Rożyńska – Member of the Management Board
Krzysztof Pietrzyk – Member of the Management Board
