3 months ago, “THE YOUNG AT ORLEN” programme was launched anew. According to the current Orlen Oil trainees, the greatest advantage of the programme is the support they get from the supervisors – the company employees. The young people emphasise that the new experience allows them to test their theoretical knowledge in practice. Moreover, most trainees appreciate the possibility to see the real work in a large company and use specialised tools and software.
All agree that the participation in the training programme is a huge step forward on their career path.
