If your order isplacedafter CSO’sworkinghour, itwill beconfirmedon thenextworkingday.
Orderwill not be accepted for proceeding in the caseof delays in thepayment, or overdrawing the credit
limit. Confirmation for the date of loadingwill be possible only after booking the payment on our bank
account onedaybefore the loading, the latestby15:00.Otherwise shipmentwill bepostponed for another
availableday.
All dispatches are collected a day before the date of loading. This is due to the obligation of declaring all
loadings to theCustomsOffice. Therefore it is important that the authorization (the truck/cisternnumbers,
driver’s name anddetails of the forwarder –name, address, VATnumber) and statement (for FCA loadings)
was sent on
at least one day before the loading to the Customer ServiceOffice, latest till
15:00hour.
Incaseof thedelay the loading ismovedonnext available slot.
Drivers areobligated to followour safety rules.
DOCUMENTS
We issue the invoice (original and copy), packing list (please let us know if it shouldbewithpackagingde-
tails –plastic, wood, etc.), DeliveryTicket, CMRandDOKUMENTHANDLOWY. It is very important document
for us. This documentMUSTbe confirmed in theplaceof delivery.Weneed this document confirmed in a
properwayveryurgently for theexcisepurposes. It shouldbe signedand stamped inafield“POTWIERDZE-
NIEODBIORU”. Wealways issue2copies (no.2andno.3). Cardno. 3–“Karta zwrotnadladostawcy” is for us.
