General features
Xylene – colourless flammable fluid, sparingly soluble in water, soluble in alcohol.
Application
Xylene is applied to:
• dilute lacquers, lutes, glues as well as oil and phtalic, phtalic and carbamide, acrylic and chlorinated rubber sealing compounds,
• for other purposes e.g. clearing of brushes and other tools when used with mentioned products,
• as a row material in manufacturing of plastics
