ORLEN OIL H-515

Quality class:
Viscosity grade:

General features

Mineral, high quality and purity hydraulic oil intended for aviation and ground-based industry. It is manufactured basing on specially selected mineral oil base and a set of enriching additives providing optimal viscosity, antiwear, anticorrosive, antioxidative and antifoaming properties and it is manufactured through a special process guaranteeing the highest purity class.

Features:

• very good anticorrosive and antiwear properties (zinc free additives),
• wide range of operating temperatures – very good properties in low temperatures,
• high oil purity,
• compatibility with synthetic seals used in aircrafts and helicopters

Application

It is intended for hydraulic installations, shock absorbers and hydraulic suppressors of aircrafts and hydraulic systems of ground-based devices (lifts, ultrasound cleaners, ground-based monitoring installations of hydraulic systems) in the following temperature range:

• non-pressure systems: from -54oC to 90oC
• pressure systems: from -54oC to 135oC.
It also may be used in industrial and mobile hydraulic systems of machines and devices where excellent protective properties and low temperatures are crucial.

Standards, approvals, specifications

- It is granted a certificate of Air Force Institute of Technology in Warsaw, Poland approving its application in aircrafts of Air Force of the Republic of Poland,
- It meets provision of the following standards:
